Easy to install and use, the Garmin VHF 210 AIS allows for plug and play operation via the NMEA 2000 network and compatible Garmin chartplotters/MFDs. Offers standard Class D Digital Selective Calling (DSC) functionality (distress calling and direct calling with user programmed Maritime Mobile Service Identity (MMSI)). With 25W of transmit power, the VHF 110 gives fishermen, cruisers, and sailors confidence at their fingertips in emergency situations and may improve their chances of a rapid rescue. Pre-programmed with US, Canadian, and international marine channels, plus 10 NOAA weather channels. Programming can be changed by a dealer (using a special dealer programming cable).
